Tell Stories. Save Lives.
Meet the team

The people behind the work.

We are mother-owned and family-operated. Every shoot, every session, every design file passes through someone whose name is right here.

No layers of accounts. No disappearing behind an agency. Real people doing thoughtful work for providers who want to make a meaningful impact in this world, alongside us.

The founder

Honest stories heal us.

Kaela Demerjian is the Founder and CEO of Treatment Tour Collective, based in Orange County, California. She learned it early, in recovery, where saying the hardest true thing to someone who is actually listening is how people find their way back. She knows that because it happened to her.

She has watched it happen for a decade since, first leading groups inside psychiatric hospitals and addiction treatment programs, then in business development, sitting across from founders and clinicians telling her why they opened their doors and what keeps them doing this work. Alongside all of it she built a career in photography, brand building, and social media, so she could help them tell it.

Stories are how humans have survived for generations. Before there was written word, we passed them down to help us make sense of the world, and to help us thrive in an uncharted one. Treatment Tour Collective was created with one mission in mind: to help providers put words to their work, so the people who need them can find them.

I'm inspired every day by those who reminded me to come home to myself, especially the late Lesley Fightmaster, who taught me everything I know about believing in myself and staying the path. Do good work, and the rest will follow. To the people doing this work, past and present: I love you all.

Graphic Designer

Kalie Demerjian

Kalie Demerjian is a graphic designer based in Savannah, Georgia, with a BFA from SCAD. Her design work is precise and considered, built on a fine art foundation that shows in the detail and craft she brings to every project.

Her goal, whether designing for a client or working on her own, is to create work that feels personal and emotionally honest. She believes good design has the power to help people feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.

If someone can look at my art and feel comfort, laughter, or connection, then I've created exactly what I set out to make.

Outside of graphic design, Kalie is a tattoo artist and painter, drawn to horror movies, spooky stories, and Saturday morning cartoons, influences that still shape the strange, dark, and humorous creatures she creates in her free time.
